Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated

Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering

to join our academic team. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience, including freshers with a strong academic background. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in core Mechanical Engineering subjects. Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments in line with the academic curriculum. Support students with academic guidance and project supervision. Participate in curriculum planning and departmental initiatives. Maintain accurate academic records and ensure compliance with institutional standards. Contribute to departmental meetings, workshops, and student development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) 0-2 years of teaching or relevant industry experience Freshers are encouraged to apply

Skills and Competencies:

Strong foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering subjects Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students Willingness to take initiative and adapt to new teaching methodologies Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
