J - Lecturer (MIT)

Reporting to:

Head of the Department / Principal

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the curriculum and academic schedule. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative instructional methods. Guide students in academic projects, seminars, and research activities. Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback for student improvement. Maintain academic records, attendance, and evaluation reports as per institutional requirements. Mentor and support students in academic, personal, and career development. Engage in research, publications, and professional development activities. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional committees. Ensure adherence to UGC/AICTE/University/Institutional norms and quality standards. Support extracurricular and co-curricular initiatives of the institution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's Degree in MIT with minimum . NET/SET/Ph.D. preferred (as per UGC/AICTE/University norms). Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and practical applications. Commitment to student development, research, and continuous learning.

Experience:

Fresher or candidates with teaching/research/industry experience are encouraged to apply. Preference for candidates with prior teaching experience at UG/PG level.
