Key Responsibilities



Teaching and Curriculum Development:

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops in hospital administration and related subjects (e.g., healthcare management, policy development, quality assurance). Design, develop, and update curriculum to align with current trends and standards in hospital administration. Evaluate students' performance through assignments, exams, and projects.

Research and Scholarly Activities:

Conduct research in hospital administration, healthcare systems, or related fields. Publish research papers in reputed journals and present findings at conferences. Mentor students in research projects and dissertations.

Academic Advising and Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to students for academic and professional growth. Support students in internships, placements, and career planning.

Administration and Coordination:

Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to administrative tasks, such as organizing seminars and workshops. Liaise with healthcare institutions to facilitate partnerships and student training opportunities.

Community and Professional Engagement:

Engage with healthcare organizations to stay updated on industry practices and advancements. Represent the department at academic and professional forums.

Qualifications and Experience



Educational Qualification:

A master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or a related field (a Ph.D. is preferred). Teaching certification (if applicable) is an advantage.

Professional Experience:

Fresher/1-3 years Relevant work experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or academia. Experience in teaching or training in higher education is preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare systems, and policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using technology for teaching, research, and administration.
