Job Description

To teach, train, and mentor students in the field of dental technology, covering theoretical knowledge, laboratory practices, and clinical applications, in order to prepare competent and skilled dental technicians for the healthcare industry.

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Deliver lectures in subjects such as dental materials, prosthodontics, ceramics, CAD/CAM, orthodontic appliances, and implant technology. Conduct practical sessions in dental laboratories (acrylic work, ceramics, CAD/CAM design, orthodontics, implants). Develop lesson plans, course materials, and teaching aids.

Student Assessment & Mentoring

Conduct student evaluations (internal exams, practicals, viva-voce). Guide students in project work, case studies, and lab assignments. Mentor students in academic progress, professional ethics, and career guidance.

Curriculum & Research

Contribute to curriculum development and updates as per regulatory council guidelines (DCI / University norms). Engage in research and development in dental materials, prosthetics, and digital dentistry. Publish academic papers and participate in conferences/workshops.

Laboratory & Equipment Supervision

Ensure safe and effective use of lab instruments (ceramic ovens, milling units, scanners, articulators, etc.). Supervise lab work and maintain high standards of infection control and safety.
7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
