You must have completed your D.ED / B.ED/ M.ED in field of special education. Preparing and delivering lectures and presentations on relevant topics in their field of expertise. Developing and designing course materials, such as syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments. Conducting research in their area of specialization and publishing academic papers, articles, or books. Providing guidance and support to students, including mentoring and advising students on academic and career-related matters. Evaluating and grading students\' coursework, exams, and other assignments. Participating in academic meetings, conferences, and other events related to their field. Collaborating with colleagues, department heads, and other stakeholders to improve teaching methods, curriculum, and student outcomes. Keeping up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and developments in their field to ensure they provide the most accurate and relevant information to their students.
