RMS Polytechnic invites applications from qualified and passionate candidates for the position of

Lecturer - IT / Computer Engineering

for Diploma-level students. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical education, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Diploma-level subjects in IT / Computer Engineering as per GTU/AICTE curriculum Prepare lesson plans, notes, and instructional materials Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and lab activities Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and practical work Evaluate student performance through tests, exams, and assessments Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and institutional activities Support student development, discipline, and career guidance Maintain academic records and comply with institute policies

Eligibility & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / IT

OR

Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome Teaching experience in Diploma/Engineering colleges will be an advantage

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.) Understanding of Database, Networking, Web Technologies, and OS Good communication and classroom management skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Basic computer and documentation skills
