We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commerce Lecturer to join our esteemed faculty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commerce and a genuine commitment to teaching and mentoring students. The role involves preparing and delivering engaging lectures, designing and grading assessments, and providing academic support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver lectures on Commerce subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, and related topics. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods. Provide academic guidance and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Commerce and incorporate relevant information into the curriculum. Participate in faculty meetings, and professional development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic program.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Commerce or a related field. Previous teaching experience at the junior college or higher secondary level is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students in the subject matter. Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology.
