Plan, prepare, and deliver theory and practical classes as per INC/State Nursing Council syllabus.
Facilitate clinical teaching in affiliated hospitals/clinical areas.
Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and instructional materials.
Guide students in seminars, demonstrations, and skill-based learning sessions.
Assist students in digital/online learning platforms when required.
Conduct internal assessments, practical examinations, and viva-voce.
Prepare question papers, answer keys, and maintain examination records.
Evaluate assignments, clinical performance, case studies, and care plans.
Maintain student academic and attendance records accurately.
Accompany students to clinical postings and supervise patient care activities.
Coordinate with hospital nursing staff to ensure optimal clinical learning.
Demonstrate nursing procedures and ensure students follow protocols and safety standards.
Participate in curriculum development and revision.
Maintain teaching portfolios, academic files, and documentation as required by INC, KNC, and university norms.
Support the accreditation, inspection, and audit processes.
Engage in research, publications, and evidence-based practice activities.
Attend workshops, CNE programs, conferences, and faculty development programs.
Guide students in research projects and assignments.
Participate in committees (e.g., Anti-ragging, Discipline, Exam Cell, NSS, SNA etc.).
Assist in organizing academic events, health camps, community outreach, and extracurricular activities.
Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
