Job Description

Cutting & Stitching:

Accurately cut leather panels and stitch jackets as per approved patterns and tech packs.

Sample Development:

Work closely with the design team to develop new samples and styles.

Pattern Understanding:

Read and interpret patterns, measurements, and specifications.

Quality Control:

Ensure precision, neatness, and high-quality finishing in stitching and construction.

Material Handling:

Understand various types of leathers (lamb, cow, goat, suede, nubuck, etc.) and their handling techniques.

Team Coordination:

Supervise or guide junior tailors, helpers, and support staff if needed.

Repairs & Alterations:

Make modifications or adjustments as required in prototypes or bulk pieces. *

Production Efficiency:

Maintain timelines and ensure productivity standards are met.
