Ensure designs align with brand identity and quality standards.
Supplier & Manufacturing Liaison:
Coordinate with leather suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers for material sourcing and sampling.
Manage day-to-day communication with factories and overseas partners.
Project Management:
Oversee the product development calendar, tracking progress at each stage.
Ensure adherence to project milestones and timely delivery of products.
Quality Control:
Monitor and ensure products meet quality, durability, and functional standards.
Conduct fit, function, and wear testing as needed.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with environmental and ethical standards in material sourcing and production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with product development, production, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
