We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Leasing Manager

with a strong background in

office and retail space leasing

to join our dynamic team in the Zirakpur/Mohali region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading leasing strategies, tenant acquisition, and occupancy management across our commercial portfolio. This role demands a proactive professional with deep knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and proven leasing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement leasing strategies for

office and retail commercial spaces

. Source and engage with potential tenants, brokers, and corporate clients. Manage the full leasing cycle - from inquiry and site visits to negotiations and lease finalization. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, rental rates, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns for property listings. Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Negotiate and finalize lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal standards. Ensure timely renewals and minimal vacancy periods. Liaise with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth lease execution and compliance.
