Business Development / Leasing Manager at JV Medicentres

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leasing / Business Development Manager to join our team at JV Medicentres. As a Leasing / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing & managing relationships with healthcare operators- hospital chains, single specialties - eyecare, dental, paediatric, IVF, renal care etc, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, doctors, consultants etc.

Reporting to the Business Head, you will collaborate closely with the property management and operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining tenant relationships and ensuring that all agreements and documentation is up to date and accurate. The candidate should have excellent people skills and be able to build strong relationships with the healthcare providers and operators.

Responsibilities

i. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the leasing process, from initial contact with prospective healthcare tenants to commercial discussion, negotiation and agreement execution.

ii. You shall develop and maintain relationships with potential and exiting tenants, brokers, and other key partners in the industry to maximize occupancy levels and reach.

iii. We expect you to prepare and present leasing proposals, conduct market research, and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that our centres meet or exceed current market standards.

iv. In addition, you shall provide regular reports to senior management on occupancy levels, , revenue mix and leasing activity to aid in planning.

v. You will manage tenant relations by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns and developing solutions to improve the overall tenant experience.

Requirements

:

i. Develop and implement business development/leasing plan to maximize occupancy levels.

ii. Maintain a good understanding of the healthcare and related trends.

iii. Maintain a good understanding of the real estate trends - rentals, supply, offtake.

iv. Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and existing occupants through exceptional customer service.

v. Produce regular reports on leasing activity and financial performance for senior management review.
