Job Description

Create effective plans to attract and retain tenants and monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Negotiate lease terms and conditions, handle tenant inquiries and complaints, and manage lease renewals to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Coordinate advertising campaigns, conduct property tours for potential tenants, and ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable. Oversee the tenant application process, including background and credit checks, and prepare and maintain all leasing documents and records. Monitor rent collection, help manage budgets related to leasing operations, and prepare reports on leasing performance and occupancy rates for senior management.
