Job Description

A Leasing Manager oversees all leasing operations for a property or portfolio of properties, aiming to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring tenant satisfaction. They are the primary liaison between property owners and tenants and often manage a team of leasing agents. Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing Manager duties span marketing, sales, and administration.

Develop and implement leasing strategies

: Create effective plans to attract and retain tenants and monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Tenant relations and negotiation

: Negotiate lease terms and conditions, handle tenant inquiries and complaints, and manage lease renewals to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

Marketing and property showings

: Coordinate advertising campaigns, conduct property tours for potential tenants, and ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable.

Screening and documentation

: Oversee the tenant application process, including background and credit checks, and prepare and maintain all leasing documents and records.

inancial and administrative management

: Monitor rent collection, help manage budgets related to leasing operations, and prepare reports on leasing performance and occupancy rates for senior management.
