We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our Retail Leasing team. The candidate will support day-to-day leasing activities, assist in identifying potential retail tenants, and help coordinate with brands, brokers, and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and approaching prospective retail tenants.
Support in preparing property presentations, layouts, and proposals.
Maintain tenant databases, lease trackers, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for lease agreements and approvals.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Collect required documents, KYC, and support tenant onboarding.
Prepare simple MIS reports and occupancy updates.
Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Commerce, or related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of retail brands or mall operations (preferred, not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
