Job location: - Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
Job Type:- Full-time
Experience Required: 8-10 years of experience in successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
-Responsible for business development activities involving market research, identifying the location either directly or through channel partners/brokers/references.
-Pro-actively market the mall according to tenancy plan and maximize occupancy.
Tenant Management / Lease Administration & Documentation
Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
-Encourage better communications between the management staff and the renters.
Collaborate with other Departments for the improvement of tenant's performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions.
Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions.
Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by Management.
- Zoning and locating pertinent stores and brands, mapping several cities to obtain rental quotes in the potential locations for new mall building.
-Deciding on final placements for brands in current or future malls.
Research and report to Management on competitive Leasing and Specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of the mall.
Source and seek out prospective tenants.
Generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short term tenants.
Renewals, Addendum, MOU, LOI, Renegotiations, Leasing documentation.
Skills:
Independent, self-motivated & Multi-tasker.
Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English language.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in visual, oral and written form
Knowledge of Social Media platforms and PR should be strong.
Should have knowledge about real estate and preferably from the same background.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
