, specializing in commercial, retail, or mixed-use assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the leasing performance of the organization's property portfolio, through market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and effective negotiation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to optimize occupancy rates and rental income across assigned assets.
Lead end-to-end leasing processes including tenant sourcing, site visits, proposal management, negotiations, and finalization of lease documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, retailers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a robust tenant pipeline.
Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and market conditions to proactively manage vacancies and retention.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics to support pricing strategies and leasing decisions.
Prepare and present periodic leasing reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards throughout the leasing lifecycle.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Property Management, and Project teams for smooth lease execution and handovers.
Assist in budgeting and revenue forecasting related to leasing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
7-10 years of experience in real estate leasing, with a proven track record in commercial, retail, or mixed-use assets.
Strong network of industry contacts including brokers, developers, and institutional clients.
Deep understanding of lease structuring, real estate law, and local market dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills with attention to detail and legal/contractual terms.
Proficiency in lease administration software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP REFX) and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in leasing large-format retail, office parks, or mixed-use developments.
Exposure to pan-India or regional portfolios.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess property performance and optimize leasing strategy accordingly
