Job Description

Drive leasing activities for retail, office, and commercial spaces within the company's project.

Brand Search in competetive market and brand targeting.

Approach brands directly.

Generate leads through direct marketing, brokers, channel partners, and corporate networking.

Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective tenants.

Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and ensure timely renewals.

Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for agreement drafting and execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets as defined by management.

Stay updated on competitor projects, rental trends, and market dynamics in Greater Noida.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/MBA in Marketing/Real Estate or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in leasing, preferably in retail/commercial real estate.

Strong broker/agent/channel partner network in Noida/Greater Noida market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
