The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Automotive leasing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with both individual and corporate clients. She will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end vehicle leasing process - from client interaction to contract closure
Handle corporate leasing, fleet leasing, and high-value individual clients
Prepare customized leasing proposals based on client requirements
Negotiate terms of lease agreements, including tenure, pricing, and services
Coordinate with dealerships, logistics, and finance teams for seamless operations
Track and manage lease documentation, renewals, and payment schedules
Monitor market trends, suggest improvements in leasing offerings
Maintain accurate leasing data, reports, and MIS for review
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional post-leasing support
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly leasing targets
Key Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of automotive leasing and fleet management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong leadership and client-handling capabilities
Familiarity with easing software, CRM tools, and reporting systems
