Job Overview

KW Group is seeking an

experienced Leasing Professional

to drive and manage our retail mall leasing operations. The role acts as a key liaison between internal teams, tenants, brokers, consultants, and municipalities--ensuring smooth negotiations, documentation, and successful lease closures.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate end-to-end leasing activities from prospecting to closure (site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination). Act as liaison between tenants, legal teams, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities. Lead and manage the leasing operations department in line with organizational policies and standards. Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements. Oversee completion of all paperwork while ensuring excellent customer service. Drive productivity and manage budgetary performance of the leasing department. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability. Monitormarket trends and competition for strategic advantage. Maintain strong networking with IPCs and leading leasing brokers. Drive direct marketing and sales effortsto attract top corporate brands.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

: PGDM / MBA (Retail Leasing Certification preferred but optional).

Experience

: Minimum

5+ years

in retail mall leasing.

Skills & Attributes

Strongpresentation and negotiation skills to influence leading brands. High-level relationship management and networking skills. Excellentleadership, decision-making, and communication abilities. Ability to build trust and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
