GreyMarble Infra Pvt Ltd (GMI) a growing real estate company committed to delivering high quality residential and commercial Projects is hiring for a Leasing expert.

Location: Chandigarh (On-Site)

Work Days: 6 Days a Week

Annual Package: Best in the Industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end leasing process for residential and commercial properties.

2. Generate and convert leads through multiple channels.

3. Conduct property tours and explain key features and lease terms to prospects.

4. Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies and market standards.

5. Draft, review, and manage lease agreements and renewals.

6. Maintain a database of tenants and keep track of occupancy rates and lease expirations.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects.

8. Stay updated with local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vacant properties.

10. Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.

Requirements :

Experience : 7-10 Years (Real Estate Leasing) Must be a local resident of Chandigarh. Deep understanding of lease documentation, local housing laws and tenant rights. Certifications like Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
