Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Executive to join our Noida team. This role is pivotal in expanding our retail leasing operations and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential retail clients for leasing opportunities. Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients and stakeholders. Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in line with company policies. Maintain and update client databases and leasing records. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales preferred; freshers with a strong passion for real estate are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluent in English and Hindi.
