Position: Sr. Executive - Food court and Retail Leasing

Desired Profile:
Graduate with min 4-6 years leasing experience in commercial spaces, malls or retails.
Job Profile:
Drive leasing and tenant acquisition for food courts by onboarding leading F&B, QSR, cafe, and specialty brands; manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting to closure.
Plan and optimize tenant mix and category strategy to maximize footfall, sales, and overall food court performance.
Handle lease documentation, renewals, compliance, and coordination with legal, finance, and internal teams.
Oversee tenant fit-outs, ensuring timely execution, layout approvals, safety norms, and on-time openings.
Coordinate with operations and facility teams to ensure smooth daily functioning, hygiene, and issue resolution.
Monitor revenue, rentals, CAMs, MIS reporting, and tenant sales performance to drive revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with F&B brands, support marketing initiatives, and enhance customer experience.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
