Website: https://www.giva.co/ Industry: Retail Luxury Goods and Jewellery Responsibility: Identify store locations for GIVA by working with Malls/Properties on commercial streets and process move-in paperwork Maintain a strong closing ratio Encourage prospective owners to lease from us by positioning our brand and its offerings in a favourable light and maintaining a great relationship for future expansion Set and achieve goals each quarter, motivating the leasing partners on the landlord side Leasing Manager qualifications and skills: Diploma required (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising strongly preferred) 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired Excellent communication and closing skills Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Benefits:
