Support leasing and business development activities for commercial and retail projects.
Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports, trackers, and data analysis using
Excel
.
Create impactful presentations and proposals in
PowerPoint
for clients, management, and stakeholders.
Assist in client meetings, property visits, and negotiation discussions.
Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and potential tenants for leasing opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business prospects.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of leasing transactions.
Travel as required for client interactions, site visits, and business development activities.
Key Requirements:
Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
1-4 years of experience in
Business Development / Leasing / Sales / Coordination
(any industry;
Real Estate preferred
).
Strong skills in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Presentations
- must be proficient.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to
travel frequently
as per business needs.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
