Job Description

We are looking for a smart and confident professional with excellent communication skills and strong experience in drafting and documentation with 1-2 years. The ideal candidate should be familiar with drafting contracts, signing deals, legal paperwork, and online tools used in day-to-day operations(US paperwork).

Key Responsibilities:


1. Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, contracts, and documentation
2. Coordinate deal signings and maintain proper record-keeping
3. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
4. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
5. Work with online tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms for documentation and reporting

Requirements:


1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Experience in leasing, trucking, admin, or operations roles preferred
3. Knowledge of legal documentation and agreement handling
4. Proficiency in online tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
