Job Description

We are looking for a Lease Abstraction Analyst responsible for extracting, reviewing, and summarizing key financial and legal information from lease agreements. The role supports efficient lease management, compliance, and decision-making across real estate, legal, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and summarize critical lease details such as tenant information, lease terms, rental clauses, renewals, and responsibilities

• Standardize and organize lease data into structured formats or databases

• Validate abstracted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Enter lease information into client systems, applications, or Excel spreadsheets

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify lease-related queries

• Support reporting, compliance, and portfolio-level lease analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical ability to interpret legal and financial lease clauses

• High attention to detail with excellent data accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of real estate and lease administration processes

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple lease documents efficiently
