We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable

Learning Support & Inclusion Specialist

to empower students with diverse learning needs through personalised academic, behavioural, and emotional support. This role is designed for professionals committed to fostering inclusive education environments where every learner can thrive. You will work closely with educators, counsellors, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored interventions that remove barriers to learning and promote student success.

Key Responsibilities


Conduct screening and comprehensive assessments to identify individual learning needs and development areas.
Develop customised

Learning Support Plans (LSPs)

and intervention strategies in collaboration with teachers and families.
Deliver structured remedial sessions through personalised one-on-one or small-group instruction.
Facilitate inclusive classroom practices by guiding teachers on differentiated instruction and accommodations.
Monitor student outcomes through ongoing assessment, documentation, and progress reviews with stakeholders.
Provide classroom support plans addressing behavioural management and socio-emotional needs.
Conduct training and professional development sessions for teachers on inclusive education, early identification, and learning strategies.
Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and external specialists to ensure holistic support.
Maintain detailed case documentation, records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Engage with parents through guidance workshops, counselling conversations, and progress updates.

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (

B.Ed/M.Ed

Special Education mandatory

-- 2-year program required).
Minimum

2 years of experience

working in CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / IB curriculum schools.
Expertise in intervention strategies for learning differences including ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, behavioural challenges, and developmental delays.
Strong command of remedial teaching methodologies, multisensory learning approaches, and behaviour management frameworks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, empathy, collaboration, and record-keeping skills.
