Learning Services Specialist - TVS Way Programmes

Role Purpose
The Learning Services Specialist supports the delivery of TVS Way learning journeys (such as onboarding, Yellow Belt, Green Belt programmes) by planning, coordinating, and executing training activities that drive adoption of TVS Way principles across the organisation. The role ensures high-quality learner experiences, strong operational discipline, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement to achieve superior learner satisfaction and high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Responsibilities
Programme Delivery & Execution
Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programmes including cohort scheduling, facilitator coordination, and learner communication
Ensure seamless programme setup (classrooms / virtual platforms / technology support)
Support programme logistics, assessments, certifications, and post-programme activities
Programme Coordination & Content Support
Work closely with Programme Delivery Lead, Design Lead, and external partners
Support content readiness, review of learning materials, and learner resources
Ensure programmes meet TVS Way standards and learner-centric design
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional stakeholders for participant nomination & programme alignment
Gather feedback and share insights to support capability building
Vendor & Internal Liaison
Liaise with external training partners and internal teams (design, IT, comms, LMS)
Manage facilitator coordination & logistics support
Continuous Improvement (PDCA)
Participate in regular PDCA cycles to improve learning delivery
Support feedback gathering, metrics consolidation, and improvement actions
Project Support
Assist in project execution for learning initiatives
Support planning of timelines, resources, and dependencies
Measurement & Analytics
Help track programme effectiveness against Kirkpatrick levels (L1-L4)
Support data collection, organising feedback and reporting metrics
Learning Technology & Content Management
Manage LMS / LXP scheduling, enrolment, tracking, and reporting
Ensure digital assets are updated and accessible
Programme Communication
Assist with communication touchpoints -- invites, reminders, learner guides, success stories
Support programme branding & communication consistency
Process Governance
Help maintain SOPs for programme delivery & stakeholder management
Identify and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development / Learning Operations / Programme Coordination
Knowledge of learning delivery processes, facilitation support, and programme logistics
Experience working with LMS / digital learning platforms
Strong organisational skills, stakeholder coordination, and communication ability
Ability to manage data, reporting, and learner communication
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Learning & Development / Instructional Design / Agile preferred
Experience working in enterprise learning environments
Exposure to continuous improvement (Lean / PDCA / Six Sigma concepts)
