POSITION SUMMARY
The Learning Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of training initiatives in alignment with Vertiv's Global Learning processes and procedures. This role is pivotal in planning and executing training activities according to Academy standards and methodology, in close collaboration with the Technical L&D Program Manager. The Learning Operations Specialist supports Academy Trainers, Regional Trainers, and training participants, while actively contributing to a globally connected team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support collecting training needs and training requests of the different functions
• Support the development of new training initiatives
• Plan and organize training initiative following Academy standards and methodology
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling sessions, booking venues, managing materials, and liaising with trainers and participants.
• Support Academy Trainers and Regional Trainers
• Support training participants to ensure first-class training experience
• Ensure the proper tracking and reporting of training initiatives in the LMS platform
• Ensure the alignment of the Academy Train the Trainers methodology
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote training initiatives, send reminders, and gather feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required. Need good level of knowledge and daily use of MS office IT applications.
• Fluent in English is required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience within Vertiv and previous experience in learning and development is preferred.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Additional competencies in video editing/training material design preferred.
