What would you do?

Responsible for implementing projects and tailored training sessions and programs. This position establishes and maintains client relationships and provides ongoing support for all associated stakeholders at the session level Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. This role works mostly independently and relies on established guidelines and practices to identify, assess, and resolve problems within their projects. Broad activities that are part of this role include Learning Event Planning and Delivery Support, Relationship Management, Financial Management and Materials Management.

What are we looking for?

oWork with BI/ BP to prepare demand plan by collating training requests and working with country stakeholders, BPs. oWork with BI to understand training needs and collect demand from the stakeholders and build out quarterly detailed demand plan. oFacilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and Train-the-Backbone (TB) sessions to upskill facilitators, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively deliver workshops. oCollaborate with the scheduling team to ensure that all session details, including session loading, enrollment, and attendance marking, were accurately updated in the Learning Management System (LMS). oCollaborate with Business Partner and Stakeholders to retrieve session nominations. oManage session fill rate and handle ad hoc requests, collaborate with regional business partner, and take appropriate actions within cancellation window. oCoordinate communication between facilitators and session requestors as necessary to ensure clear expectations are established regarding training delivery. oRegular meetings with Business Partners (BP) along senior DSM Lead to review the demand file and ensure alignment with session objectives and timelines. oProject management skills (Planning & Organizing) oWorking independently, accountable for deadlines, able to escalate if necessary oComfortable with ambiguity, able to provide advice and guidance when direction is not well defined oConfidence/assured working with client leadership and delivering difficult messages oAbility to prioritize conflicting requirements oAbility to gather, analyze and formulate conclusions on data oPeople management skills (Coaching, listening, giving direction) oCost estimating and financial analysis oStrong written and verbal communication skills oEnglish language proficiency required oMulti-cultural awareness oEvent planning experience oInitiative and bias for action oCritical thinking / problem solving skills oConflict resolution, facilitation, negotiation oGood time management skills
