What would you do?

The Technical Architect supports the Accenture's Learning Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. A process to discover what content already exists and how content is planned, created, approved, produced, and maintained. Includes the tasks by which insights and business/customer requirements are driven from research, competition reviews, stakeholder interviews and analysis of customer engagement drivers to identify gaps and offer differentiating and innovative solutions.

What are we looking for?

o Working inside a small team developing web /app-based solution using common development languages/authoring tools o Has an in-depth understanding of Authoring tools - Articulate 360/Lectora/Captivate/Flow 2/GOMO o Has good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML o Strong English written / verbal communication skills. o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary. o Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments. o Familiarity / expertise in industry standard learning courseware frameworks: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC


Roles and Responsibilities:

o Responsible for developing the courses as per the templates provided using different authoring tools. o Expected to have good knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors - to deploy and test the courses to provide best user's experience. o Expected to explore and learn the new authoring tools/ platforms available. o Work in collaboration with ID and media team to develop and deliver the courses. o Responsible for reporting status of work/tasks assigned to them with leads/ stakeholders.
