Position Title: Hybrid Mentor - Hostel

To mentor and support students in their academic journey by identifying learning gaps, guiding corrective actions, and enabling holistic development through structured monitoring and engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic Monitoring & Evaluation
Maintain clear awareness of daily academic schedules, chapters in progress, and upcoming lessons to support students proactively in their learning journey
Track and evaluate performance through DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), DTS (Daily Test Series), and CWEs (Chapter Wise Exam).
Analyze trends: improvements, decline, or no change, using score reports and logs.
Address discrepancies like good DPP scores but poor DTS performance by validating root causes.
Identify underperforming students and implement strategies to improve scores.
Doubt clearing sessions have to be carried out post DTS
Ensure DPP corrections are done regularly, ideally within 24-48 hours.
Coordinate weekly tests and GIB to support academic monitoring and student engagement.
Responsible for overseeing hostel rounds and ensuring adherence to discipline and guidelines.
Motivation and Personal support for students
2. Hybrid Learning & App Utilization
Support students with app features like doubt discussion forums.
Clearly communicate the hybrid model to students and parents, highlighting its flexibility and effectiveness, while ensuring strong engagement and minimal dropouts
Ensure active participation in both online and offline classes.
3. Student Mentoring & Communication
Guide students not adhering to timetables by reinforcing the academic structure.
Handle absentees from DTS by arranging make-ups and tracking patterns.
Maintain accurate, timely records of DTS performance, student feedback, and parent communication in line with internal requirements.
4. Parent Communication
Explain the program's structure, goals, and student progress clearly.
Build trust by sharing regular updates on attendance, test results, and improvements.
Communicate fee-related matters, ensure timely fee collection, and update portal with accurate fee punching.
