Alstom is hiring a Learning Manager-Metier Structure, Training Support for the global learning catalog offer of Bid, Project, Planning & Commercial management. In this role, you will oversee Learning & competencies development by leading and reflecting any updates regarding the global metier structure to the available global training offer for the respective communities.
Purpose: Oversee Learning & competencies development by leading the global metier structure update of job codes/competencies/competency matrixes and job descriptions for Commercial as well as Bid & Project Management community including onboarding digital page for new joiners.
The role is key to enable our communities are structured across Alstom in a harmonized way across all regions and Product Lines. All aspects of metier structure need to be continuously enhanced and updated to cover the actual business demand of Alstom operating model and yearly HR-run update cycle. Community competencies are to be as harmonized as possible across all Group PMO and Group Planning Metiers and for transversal competencies aligned with other functions. The onboarding program is to be developed and updated via regular new releases that requires coordination and creation of new content such as video testimonials as new processes or tools become available.
Main responsibilities:
Main point of contact reporting to the Senior Learning & Training Manager for all Community Metier Structure updates to be coordinated globally for job codes/competencies/competency matrixes and job descriptions. Coordinate yearly HR-led update cycle for metier owners: process explanation, project timeline and suggested areas of improvement. Follow-up with stakeholders and double check updates for consistency across all Metiers. Regular exchanges with HR for transverse competencies applicable to other metiers outside of Bid and Project Management Community.
Based on defined job competencies, support learning and development strategy needs to cover growing Tender and Project community and business demand of Alstom operating model. Main point of contact for Onboarding digital platform updates, creation of new material including videos and maintenance. Support as well new training developments as required.
