The Learning Management System (LMS) Analyst is responsible for the functional and technical analysis, implementation, customization and support of the LMS . This role will have significant accountability for ensuring effective requirements identification, planning, integration, design, configuration, testing, reporting and support. This will require collaboration with the customer, Learning Teams, Technology Teams and vendor partners. The Analyst will maintain a focus of user-centric design and responsive end-user support. The Analyst is responsible for the day to day management of the LMS. This role must have a high degree of technical expertise, collaboration, and a strong client service orientation. Project management skills and basic understanding of adult learning principles are essential to this role.
