At least 4 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer. Extensive experience working with multicultural teams around the world. Solid project management skills and a delivery mindset. Curiosity, creativity, and a genuine interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve learning.

You will:


Develop and manage end-to-end learning programs - from needs analysis to implementation. Design innovative learning solutions and frameworks tailored to business goals. Collaborate with content experts, team members, and stakeholders globally. Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple interfaces. Work in a collaborative Scrum structure, designing and delivering learning solutions iteratively with global stakeholders.
