As a key team member, you will be crucial in creating visually compelling learning materials and internal visual design requirements using your expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Learning Material Design: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Learning Strategy and Design Team to create engaging and compelling visual content for training materials, presentations, creative multimedia asset creation, and learning resources. \xc2\xb7 Translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics. \xc2\xb7 MNC\'s Creative Suite Mastery: \xc2\xb7 Utilize advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various learning materials. \xc2\xb7 Enhance PowerPoint presentations with visually impactful design elements. \xc2\xb7 Brand Alignment: \xc2\xb7 Ensure all design work aligns with MNC\'s brand guidelines and visual identity. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the Field Readiness and Enablement brand teams to maintain consistency across all learning materials. \xc2\xb7 Interactive Learning Assets: \xc2\xb7 Develop interactive and multimedia elements for learning modules, including but not limited to infographics, animations, and interactive presentations. \xc2\xb7 Adaptability: \xc2\xb7 Quickly adapt to new design challenges and project requirements. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about the latest MNC\'s Creative Cloud updates and incorporate new features into design workflows. \xc2\xb7 Collaboration: \xc2\xb7 Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to gather insights and requirements for effective visual communication. \xc2\xb7 Feedback Incorporation: \xc2\xb7 Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design solutions. \xc2\xb7 Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions. Skills \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). \xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in PowerPoint design and presentation layout. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Excellent English communication and collaboration skills. Education Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 10+ years in Design Agency, eLearning companies, or Publishing environment \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint. \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory. \xc2\xb7 Experience in designing for educational or training content is a plus.
