Are you passionate about creating engaging, high-impact learning content that helps customers and partners succeed? At Onit, we're building a modern, AI-forward customer and partner education team to empower organizations to adopt our legal technology solutions with confidence. As a
Learning Experience Designer
, you will design and deliver compelling digital learning assets--videos, infographics, assessments, and more--that drive product adoption and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Design, script, and produce short-form and long-form
video tutorials
for customers and partners.
Edit, update, and audit existing courses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Create
infographics, one-pagers, and quick reference guides
that simplify complex product concepts.
Develop
knowledge checks and assessments
to measure learning effectiveness.
Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and customer success teams to ensure technical accuracy and learner relevance.
Translate complex SaaS product functionality into
clear, concise, and engaging learning content
.
Ensure all content reflects Onit's brand tone, voice, and accessibility standards.
Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate content development and innovate new learning formats.
Continuously improve content based on learner feedback, performance data, and usage analytics.
Required Skills

4+ years
of experience designing and developing learning content for customers and/or partners of SaaS companies.
Familiarity with SaaS product lifecycles, customer onboarding, and adoption best practices.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging
video-based learning content
using tools such as
Camtasia, Articulate 360, or similar platforms
.
Strong skills in
graphic design and visual communication
using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Beautiful.ai.
Experience creating
assessments, quizzes, and interactive elements
within LMS platforms (e.g., Skilljar or similar).
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to make complex topics simple and clear.
Strong project management and collaboration skills; ability to work with distributed teams across time zones.
Exposure to AI-enhanced content tools (e.g., Synthesia, ChatGPT, Clueso) preferred.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG standards).
Instructional design or learning experience design certification is a plus.
Knowledge of the
legal technology industry
is a plus.
