The Assessments team is involved in creating discerning question banks. The team also works on regular development of engaging and insightful assessment tools that test the level of content understanding and competence in the subject skills of k-12 children.
Your Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of learning by designing engaging and effective learning experiences. You will focus on enhancing content quality, driving innovation, crafting compelling storyboards, and implementing instructional design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Quality Assurance:Rigorously review and analyze existing content to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement quality standards and guidelines for content creation.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with learning objectives and target audience.
2. Innovation and Experimentation:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in education and learning design.
Identify opportunities to introduce innovative learning approaches and methodologies.
Conduct experiments and gather user feedback to inform continuous improvement.
3. Storyboard Development:Create visually appealing and informative storyboards to communicate learning concepts effectively.
Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of storyboards into the learning experience.
4. Instructional Design:Apply instructional design principles to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
Design interactive elements, assessments, and activities that enhance learner engagement.
Optimize learning experiences for different learning styles and modalities.
5. User-Centric Approach:Conduct user research and analysis to understand learner needs and preferences.
Gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve the overall learning experience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
Education & CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Bachelor's OR Master's in Maths.
Proven experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.
Proficiency in instructional design tools and software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for education and a commitment to creating impactful learning experiences.
