What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials. . Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs. . Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. . Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies to Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility o The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives o Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility o Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters o Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments o Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility o Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
