We are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to support training and skill development for design, site, and project teams in the interior industry. The role involves coordinating training programs, preparing basic learning materials, and tracking training activities.
Responsibilities
Support training programs for new employees
Coordinate training sessions
Assist in preparing training presentations and materials
Maintain training records and reports
Collect feedback and support basic assessments
Work closely with design, site, and HR teams
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business, Interior Design, or related field
6 months to 1 year experience in L&D, HR, or training coordination
Good communication and coordination skills
