Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional with a strong
background in the EdTech industry to design, implement, and manage effective training and
development programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee capability, performance,
and engagement through structured learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute learning and development strategies aligned with
business objectives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for academic, sales, operations, and support
teams.
Develop and manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Create, curate, and manage digital learning content, LMS modules, assessments, and
certifications.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended training programs for employees and
trainers.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance
metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning
relevance.
Drive trainer enablement programs, coaching sessions, and refresher training.
Manage vendor coordination for external training programs when required.
Maintain training documentation, MIS reports, and compliance records.
Support leadership development and continuous learning initiatives.
Stay updated with EdTech trends, learning technologies, and instructional design
best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze training data and prepare detailed MIS and reports.
Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and learning tools.
Strong planning, execution, and time management abilities.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or Master Degree
Certification in Learning & Development / Instructional Design will be an added
advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
Experience in virtual training delivery and digital learning platforms is essential.

Training completion and effectiveness scores.
Improvement in employee performance post-training.
LMS engagement and learning adoption metrics.
Timely execution of training calendars.
Feedback scores from trainees and stakeholders.
