Job Summary
The Learning & Development professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and business requirements
Design and deliver training programs (technical, behavioral, soft skills, leadership, compliance)
Coordinate induction and onboarding training for new hires
Develop training calendars and manage end-to-end training execution
Engage internal and external trainers/vendors as required
Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare MIS reports
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization
Manage Learning Management System (LMS), if applicable
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Training facilitation and instructional design skills
Analytical skills to assess training impact
Stakeholder management and coordination
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of LMS and digital learning tools (preferred)
Qualifications
Graduate from any field / Civil Engineer
Experience
3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training role in Building Material Industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
