Manage Learning Management System (LMS).
Plan leadership and succession development programs.
Ensure completion of mandatory and compliance training.
Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Prepare and manage training budgets.
Handle training vendor coordination.
Maintain training records and generate reports.
Support employee engagement through learning initiatives.
Align learning goals with organizational objectives.
Report L&D outcomes and impact to management.
