The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and align with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing learning technologies, and driving initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:1. Training Coordination & Delivery
Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions (in-person and virtual)Conduct product trainings for sales and select function new joiners - Ensure coverage of all Conduct product trainings for all sales employees and select function new joiners and all existing non-sales employeesFacilitate onboarding programs for new hires and provide ongoing learning support
2. Learning Content Development
Support the creation of learning materials (presentations, e-learning modules, manuals).Collaborate with senior L&D specialists and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and update content.Utilize modern instructional design techniques and adult learning principles.Create, update and maintain training PPTs on time : Ensure 100% maintenance accurate and updated training PPTsEnsure learning resources align with business goals3.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Manage and update training records and employee learning progress in the LMS.Enroll participants, track completion, and generate training reports.Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and provide technical support to learners.4.
Evaluation & Reporting
Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and feedback. Analyze learning data to identify gaps and suggest improvements.Prepare reports on training outcomes, participation, and completion rates.Maintains of Training Records - Maintain all Training Records & Material5
. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with managers to align learning initiatives with business objectives.Collaborate across departments to address training needs and organizational goals.Support external vendor relationships for specialized learning programs.
Skills & Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training facilitation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning platforms to create & design content for trainings Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
