Brief :

Drive and deliver behavioral & soft skills training for diverse teams Lead HR inductions and support functional training initiatives Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and design custom learning content Promote cross-functional collaboration for holistic development programso Apply adult learning principles and robust training evaluation methods Create and maintain Training MIS, reports, and dashboards Actively contribute to employee engagement and capacity building

Key Skills : I

nterpersonal and communication skills, Content development, Training measurement tools, reporting, and L&D analytics.

Location - Amritsar, Hoshiarpur

Budget - 3 Lac

Experience - 2 to 5 Years (Hospital Experience Mandatory)
