About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the team in identifying learning and development needs within the business unit based on customer experience, performance and stakeholder discussions, communication, and management
2. Co-develop, design, and expand learning and development programs based on the needs
3. Assist in evaluating existing learning and development programs and their impact
4. Help in amending and revising programs as necessary
5. Work on producing training materials for in-house courses
6. Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
7. Design e-learning courses along with the team
8. Assist to implement learning and development programs across multiple units
9. Understand the costs of planned programs and learn to keep within budgets
10. Work and participate in training as per need in the form of classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
