The Learning Administrator is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of training programs and learning initiatives within the organization. They coordinate training sessions, manage learning records, liaise with trainers and participants, and ensure the smooth operation of the learning management system (LMS). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
Role Responsibilities -
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, course enrollments, and tracking completion records.
Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
Provide support to trainers and learners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to learning programs
Monitor attendance and participation, generating reports on training metrics and compliance
Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications and development activities
Vendor coordination and management
