Job Description

Role Purpose

To design, schedule, and monitor all technical and service training for Bodycraft's stylists, colourists, beauticians, and spa therapists, ensuring every team member consistently delivers premium, brand-standard experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Needs Identification

Collaborate with Salon Managers, Lead Stylists, and Spa Supervisors to map skill gaps for hair, beauty, and therapy teams.

Evaluate new service trends and client feedback to recommend training priorities.

2. Program Development & Coordination

Build an annual training calendar covering hair cutting/colouring, advanced styling, skin and body therapies, product knowledge, customer service, and upselling skills.

Schedule induction programs for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.

Coordinate with internal master trainers, product brand educators, and external experts.

3. Content & Material Management

Maintain and update SOP manuals, step-by-step service guides, and e-learning modules for stylists and therapists.

Incorporate the latest international techniques and brand product launches.

4. Logistics & Administration

Arrange training venues, tools, mannequins, and consumables.

Track attendance, certification results, and skill assessment records in the LMS or HR system.

5. Quality & Compliance

Support technical audits and mystery-client checks to ensure service consistency and hygiene standards.

Provide feedback to management on performance improvements post-training.

6. Reporting & Metrics

Submit monthly dashboards on training hours, certification completion, and impact metrics such as client satisfaction and repeat bookings.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in HR, Hospitality, or Beauty & Wellness Management.

2-4 years of training coordination experience in salons/spas, beauty academies, or hospitality.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multi-location schedules.

Excellent communication and vendor-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic Learning Management Systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,268.67 - ₹49,913.32 per month
