building capabilities across project management, site execution, safety, design coordination, and client service

Key Responsibilities:1. Training Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the
annual learning and development plan
aligned with business goals.
Identify
training needs
across departments such as Project Management, QS, Site Execution, Design, Procurement, and Safety.
Establish
competency frameworks
and skill matrices for different roles.
2. Training Design & Delivery
Design and deliver
technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs
tailored to the fit-out industry.
Coordinate with internal experts and external trainers for workshops and certifications.
Develop
training modules
on project management, quality standards, safety practices, and client communication.
3. Capability Building
Conduct
onboarding and induction programs
for new employees.
Support continuous learning initiatives such as tool-box talks, safety drills, and refresher sessions at sites.
Build a
learning culture
by promoting self-learning and knowledge-sharing platforms.
4. Evaluation & Reporting
Measure
training effectiveness
using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Maintain training records, attendance, and development reports.
Provide periodic reports to management highlighting skill gaps and improvement areas.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with
Project Heads, HR, and Department Managers
to ensure training aligns with operational requirements.
Partner with external institutions or certification bodies for
industry-recognized programs
.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
MBA / PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
Experience:
5-10 years of L&D experience, preferably in
interior fit-out / construction / real estate / design-build
industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of
fit-out project lifecycle
, site processes, and safety protocols.
Familiarity with technical roles such as QS, Project Manager, Engineer, and Site Supervisor.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Expertise in
training design, content development
, and
competency mapping
.
Proficiency in
MS Office, LMS platforms
, and data reporting tools.
Preferred Background:
Prior experience designing training programs for
corporate office interior projects
.
Exposure to
ISO / safety compliance training
.
Certification in
Instructional Design, TTT (Train the Trainer)
, or
Learning Analytics
is an added advantage.
